Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), you will be warmly welcomed by your professional driver-guide from Enoma Africa Safaris. After a short safari briefing, you’ll be transferred to your lodge in Arusha for dinner and overnight, preparing for the exciting journey ahead.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, a true gem of the Northern Circuit. The park is renowned for its towering baobab trees, massive elephant herds, and the Tarangire River that serves as a vital water source, attracting large numbers of animals during the dry season.

Enjoy a picnic lunch followed by a thrilling game drive where you may spot lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and more than 500 bird species. In the late afternoon, proceed to your campsite for dinner and overnight.

Migombani Campsite

After breakfast, drive to the iconic Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, check in at Naabi Hill Gate and begin exploring the vast open plains.

The Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is world-famous for the Great Migration, where over 1.5 million wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles cross the savannah in search of fresh grazing pursued closely by predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas.

Spend two full days on game drives, witnessing unforgettable wildlife moments and admiring the park’s dramatic landscapes. Enjoy picnic lunches in the bush and return to your campsite in the evenings for dinner and relaxation under the starry African sky.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti, capturing those last memorable sightings. Later, depart with packed lunches and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Arrive by late afternoon at your campsite on the crater rim. Relax and enjoy the cool highland air as your private chef prepares dinner. The views from the rim are spectacular, offering a perfect end to another day of adventure.

Simba Campsite

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside this natural amphitheater. Often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater boasts the highest density of wildlife in Africa.

You may encounter all members of the Big Five, as well as hippos, zebras, wildebeests, and countless bird species. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic site within the crater. In the afternoon, ascend the crater rim and drive to your campsite in Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Migombani Campsite

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park is celebrated for its tree-climbing lions, pink flamingos, and large elephant herds, along with more than 400 bird species.

Enjoy your final game drive and a picnic lunch before returning to Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
